bad sport on alternate character

Does the bad sport system apply globally to your gamer tag or just to the character you are playing as? I'm a good sport when I play, but I thought it might be interesting to have my second character less restricted. I wouldn't mind having an alternate character for when I want to play with the miscreants, bullies, and backstabbers.
