I don't know I always tune him out lol

Try driving to Trevor's house and going up to the door.

No... I mean.. I already did that

But every time when I call Ron, it has the REQUEST JOB faded out and locked.

How do I unlock it

I had this i was was over leveled for every person what you need to do is keep looking in invites every once in a while you will get an invite to something romance which is rons mission you need to do after that it will say you can call him for jobs same for martin and lester.. Just look in your job invites and accept any one from ron
