NO, because this patch did almost nothing that he is saying it did. If he was really helping he could have just posted a link to the patch notes..

Hey today is a new download fix 1.03 from rockstar new. It fix the character and clod server problem.

I have download it and it work for me. You can play when the server are online and the server are online now and fix change character erase.

My friends got the download too and tey say it is very better now and you can play and not have afraid of character because download 10.3

 

I hope you can Download it and it help and you can play.
