Hey today is a new download fix 1.03 from rockstar new. It fix the character and clod server problem.

I have download it and it work for me. You can play when the server are online and the server are online now and fix change character erase.

My friends got the download too and tey say it is very better now and you can play and not have afraid of character because download 10.3

 

I hope you can Download it and it help and you can play.

i also have a new internet cable it help me alot to fix the cloud servers.

even if he is a native english speaker. and he was having trouble, he'd have learning difficulties or whould be a kid, in which case he'd resort to "text speek "Lolz ded u c dat hw i owned dat btch lol!!" So we can assume. or conclude his native language isnt english :p thanks for being one of the few reasonable people on this forum..

I guess u haven't looked at Twitter , the update helped some but hurt some of the ppl it was working for , and didn't do nothing for many others .

(serious note, if people want to know about Rockstar updates, go to their support page and look up the GTAV latest updates. You can subscribe and will get all this information in your email, rather than reading threads that may or may not be accurate)
