Last time someone blew up my car, It said that xxxxx agreed to pay insurance of $xxxx.xx. And it was free to retrieve it. Interesting thread... It was one of those gauntlets(challenger). The guy that blew up your car possibly couldn't afford it.

Everytime someone destroys MY vehicle, they pay for it and I get it back No Charge. Dunno what you guys are talkin about...

 

Your car has to be legit destroyed by them too. i. e. If you are shooting at people and using your car as a weapon, or engage with someone... obviously, you'll still be paying for the insurance. *Common Sense*

I pay around $1100, not 10K.

And it's why they get bad sport points for it - so people that do that crap either stop it or go to the bad sport club.

Haven't had someone purposely destroy my car yet, so didn't know you could got a free claim.

There are tricks to blowing up someone's car but not paying for them. Most people don't bother except for super cars since it's around 10k per claim. For this reason, my entity stays in the garage except for missions. I use my elegies for freeroam since i can ignore insurance and get another free one at any time.
