Crew rank/Custom rank titles actually showing?

So can anyone tell me how ranking up works inside your crew, as it seems separate to your general rank overall. Is there not some kind of crew hub in game where all these details can be seen i.e crew rank, positions and crew titles?

 

I have also noticed the game doesn't seem to use custom rank titles you set via Social Club. I have set the rank titles option to "Crew" in options, but I have no idea what that's changing if it is changing anything at all. Is anyone an expert on this?

i think the crew unlock/ranking up section is not fully working as of yet.

 

my crew is level 29 but on the unlock screen it only shows we have unlocked up to level 3 items, which i know isnt right because we have our logo on vehicles which you unlock at level20

Titles do not actually show up in-game I think.

It Works! Go to ONLINE/Options and look for PLAYER RANK TITLE - change it to CREW
