Is there a way to roll back the update to 1.02?

You can delete the update, but it won't let you play online if you do that.

Why do you want too. If its because of the No farming..theres a work around when you have done a mission and the screen is waiting for your LIKE/ dislike hit the Y (LIKE) and straight away hit the RT trigger, and it resets the same mission...happy days

Yes, together with cloud stability improves. Characters should properly save now and wont get deleted anymore.

 

And mission rewards nerfs. Its probably more but they havent released the full changelogs yet.

Those issues are all server side, not client side. A patch wont resolve those issues IMO. That is all on R* side. The 1.02 patch was supposed to fix that, and look how well that worked.

 

They may have fixed the issue, and are just stating the new patch resolves it to ease everyones concerns. I think the main fixes in this patch were for farming.
