Closing in on 400k...what to buy?

So I am slowly getting to 400k...slowly. And was curious what everyone thought would be the 'smart' buy with the money, would a house with a 10 car garage be the smart way to go or should I save up more and get the 750k super car?

 

What have you done when you attained that much money? Thoughts?

The first thing i did was buying an apartment. I bought the most expensive one, because i didn't want to have to invest later, but as i found out they're all the same you can just go with any of the 10 car ones. Based on experience i would go for a cheap fast car after that (100-150k) and then buy a beast super car (entity / adder).

I believe getting the apartment is better
however it also depends on ur point of view being the apartment views is important or not
otherwise just get the 205k apartment then save up some more for the super cars
