NOT CLEAR ABOUT BOUNTIES

hi,

 

im at rank 17.. so ive had Lester for a while. im also able to call him to located closest vehicle now too..

 

however regarding the bounties.. I understand I can call him to put a bounty on someone, which I decide the amount ex, $1000 or whatever.

 

BUT: every once in a while he will call me to remind that I can put bounties on players, and then he proceeds to say:

 

" ITS AN EASY WAY TO MAKE MONEY"

 

now if in not catching somehting here.. how is putting a bounty on someone an easy way to make money, if im the one paying for the bounty?

 

unless he means, to take out players who already have a bounty on them, and I make the cash..? which I have done once thus far, made $1000.

 

its just the dialogue is not clear when he says to call him for a bounty and its easy way to make money..
