It's totally illogical, you can stealthkill someone in the middle of nowhere and still get a star. Don't get it.

Basically what he said. I think the stealth system doesn't work properly or something, you'll sometimes not get a star, then other times you'll get one.

That's exactly why I am asking this. maybe there is someone out there killing without getting any star???

I don't think you can, atleast from my experience. Had occassions where I've stealth killed one person with no one else around where I sometimes wouldn't get wanted, and other times get 1 star. It's pretty much the same as a non-stealth kill, as I sometimes, do & don't get wanted.

Marryweather warehouse. I was down there killing the Marryweather guys yesterday. Got my stealth up to 60+. If you do it down there, you don't get a wanted level from killing them.

I got my stealth up to 100 in a few hours just walking around stealth hitting ppl. When you get one star just drive away from area and repeat stealth punching with the star and avoid police.

its rubbish. i started a gang mission thingy. spent ages sneaking in, had my silenced pistol out. snuck up behin a guy, noone could see me and he starts running away! waste of time even having stealth. lets just have crouch back shall we!?

I honestly never use stealth, saw no point when you randomly get caught for no reason even when not being seen.

Stealth kill NPC's and evade the ONE wanted star. Its not that hard.

Rubber band. Venice beach. That is how, I got my Stealth up to 100. Walk from one end of the beach to the other. It took me about 2 innings in the Dodgers v Braves game to get this the other night.
