the #1 issue with the game in my opinion

the terrible matchmaking system. it is almost impossible to get a full server of players to do a mission unless you are in a crew. I should be able to join a mission and find myself in an active server with others joining. if I'm hosting I can usually get 1 or 2 guys to join but then it forces you to continue before more can come in (which would be a good mechanic IF people joined faster). I think a decent system would be that when you are offered a mission, you have the option to join or host and if you hit join you are automatically brought to a close to full server. I could be wrong but join just seems to bring you to a random server and I find myself ending up hosting a lot of the time (I find it hard to believe that with this many players online not a single person was hosting any particular mission).

 

TL;DR Matchmaking system needs to be tweaked so that players can easily join a mission that is almost full of players (a bit similar to FPS multiplayer)
