Dinghy location for Online?

Anyone know a Dighy location online? I want to do a little scuba diving and need a Dinghy. CAn't find any in the usual locations.

 

Also, any way to get a sub?

I've looked all over for the dinghy with no luck so far, I'm level 44. I'm starting to think I haven't unlocked it yet...

 

I've found the sub in two places within the marina that's just north of the airport across from the Vespucci heliport, and along the north-east coastline at a small beach, and at the north-west research pier that you can buy in single player, north of Fort Zancudo, where you collect the nuclear waste.

Well, if I'm gonna bump this then might as well ask you--where did you find a dinghy? Only one I know of is from Merryweather.

They need to make it available for purchase to have it delivered by Pegasus. The only way to obtain one in Free Mode is to call Merryweather for a Boat Pickup.

Didn't R* advertise you can go scuba diving with friends in Online? The Dinghy ( with scuba gear ) should be purchasable, just as the yellow submarine.

There are dinghy's everywhere online I find them on accident all the time. Shame about the scuba gear, they probably thought we wouldn't need it until they actually put something underwater for us to find online.
