I'm still really low rank though, I had to start a new character over and over again. The cloud is offline about 95% of the time for me as well, so there's not much use in joining now. I'll let you know once things improve on Rockstar's end. (: 23 years old from Leiden btw. Edit: Oh, what system are you on? Does that even matter? I experienced those problems as well, until I changed my DNS!Everything is working for me now, and the same goes for a mate of mine who was experiencing the same problems!
