Info on apartments. Dont waste money..

Listen the 205k apartment and the 400k has the same size garage has the exact same interior, a planning room ect. All that's different is location and view. Don't get me wrong I love a good view. But if people are spending an extra 100 to 200 k for a view then your off your head. You can spend the rest on more important things. Orless you wanna load up your game and sit at the window then bash on. still seeing threads about apartments so thought id try clear this up.

I got the 205k apartment. Decent enough view, decent size & a 10 car garage. It also has a Rob's Liquor across the street & I'm half a mile down the road from a LS Customs (to sell off my stored Oracles & Patriots)

Nothing against you but the way you say it in the first post gave me a wrong impression.

I am saving up enough so I have the option buy whichever apartment. Then I will search for guides to see which one I like.

I keep 2 to 3 Gallivanter Ballers in my 10 car garage for selling, they bank $9000 each, a little hard to find at first, but once you have 1 in your garage they seem to spawn quite a bit, especially if you drive it around a bit. Since you have a tracker in the one you have put in your garage, if you see another one, you can park yours (in a parking spot so it doesn't get impounded) and jack the other and take it back to the garage then go back and get yours. Also the Lampadati Felon GT banks $9500. Since you can only sell one every so many game hours you would bank more if you go after the higher priced ones instead of the Patriot. Not telling ya what to do, just trying to help ya make a little more bank.

What's the difference in view? I saw someone mention on another thread that the view from cheaper apartment was actually better for some reason...call me an idiot but id actually work for the cash to blow on an apartment with a better view haha

Hey sound advice. I go for Oracles & Felon GTs only now. Sometimes if loads of people are hanging around LSC I'll take something else just to get some $$$

Some prefer Apartments closer to X and some prefer having a View overlooking Y etc, it's all preference

you can easily make the extra 100-200 k from a few hours of good racing and selling cars

 

i have the 391k one and in my opinion has the best view

 

however its hard to see anything up there so i think the one from the trailer is probably better in that respect
