It's easy if you stay in the car. I'd say the hardest part of it is finding out how to get to the Riot van, but once you find a way it's pretty simple, just time consuming. 1 grenade per set of vehicles is all you need....pull up along side, throw your grenade, put the pedal to the metal.

I tried that, but i cant get it to work to destroy multiple vehicles with one grenade

Yeah it helps to have someone with you. Fun mission. Honestly its easier if you die after finishing the 2nd part, because you lose your wanted Kevel. Also to kill multiple vehicles, to me, it is easier to use sticky bombs.
