Children & Random Bounty's

Kids should be banned from online as I was on yesterday and 4 children sounded around 11 or 12 were just placing 10grand Bounty's on players from the player list for fun then said they would farm violent duct for half hour to pay for it

If this is all they are online for wots the point at a few g for hospital bills it's not funny

Can these players be kicked from session by a single player or do player need to vote on kicking them
