Commissioners are exactly the same as Leaders?!

Ok, so please correct me if I'm wrong.

 

Crew Leader has 12 (all) permissions.

 

Commissioners have 11 permissions, with the missing permission being "manage roll permmissions". This however, is exactly the same as "premote/demote players", which the commissioners can do.

 

So, what can the Leader do that the Commissioner can not?

Demote the commissioner.

Nothing. Only that Leaders can't be demoted and Commissioners can. Leaders are untouchable!

It's like they receive it in-game on their phone yea. I would very much like to know how you do it though.
