The 200K and 400K apartment are exactly the same aside from the view in the windows. If you don't care about the view, get the 200K and save the extra 200K for something else.

I'm saving up for the Richards Majestic #51. Supposed to have a good view with the ferris wheel in the distance.May be worth looking into.

I got the 400k apartment, the view is absolutely amazing! The apartment interior is nice and classy, and the garage is nice with room for 10 cars

I have the 205k because I didn't really care about the location/view. Would get the 391k one though, best view in the game imo.

205k upwards are all same inside. if ur gonna waste 100 k to 200 on a view then by all means do so but imo that's just stupid. I play the game not standing looking out a window lol. 205k is one you want. Cheapest has the planning room and if ur a lover of the views the view ain't that bad atall. 10 garage aswell. Got it last night am happy with that.
