Easy way to find a Sultan

Hey all, first post but I have been reading since launch.

 

As a former WRX owner I also wanted a sultan, and after reading the threads here is what worked for me. It is boring but it worked for me in about 10 minutes.

 

1) go to the prison in the Grand Senora near Los Santos Customs

2) If it isnt there already go and request a new session

3) repeat until a sultan spawns

 

It took me 4 tries and there was one in the parking lot, if you steal it without cops seeing you do not get a wanted level.

I was trying this yesterday and didn't work too well, spent a couple hours and eventually spawned next to one when I died. It's all about luck.

Yeah I drove around Los Santos Customs there last night for over an hour and never saw one. After reading the post last night about them spawning in the prison lot I gave it a shot this morning and it worked. I can't speak for the frequency though. I do know I find that I get more variety in the random vehicles in the morning (US East Coast) when there are less people on the server so that might have had something to do with it as well.

 

Also I was in a Karin Futo as well. I tried this because when I was looking for a Phoenix, someone said drive around in a muscle car in a particular part of town and it will spawn other muscle cars, that worked too, though I can't prove whether there was a connection or whether it was coincidence.

I still find this to work, even online. And it always seems to spawn Futo's online aswell:
