I'm a achievement hunter so I want to unlock an achievement which you need other player in freeroam send a mugger to mug you and you need to kill the thief and reclaim the money to unlock it.

Since reaching Lv.50 is required to unlock the ability to send a mugger and my friends only Lv.10+ or Lv.20+ so,I turned to strangers for help by sending messages to more than 10 high-ranked guys in different sessions and only the first one sent a mugger on me but I couldn't unlock the achievement because the sender had left before I killed the thief.

I even offered my help or money for the unconvenience（and the unconvenience is just calling Lamar), and nearly all of them didn't give a hand....Man!
