Server issues resolved?

Its always been alright for me on xbox, but played last night and it was noticeably better again - full servers, no disconnects, no loading screen time-outs, then noticed the whingeing threads on here seem to have dried up aswell......i thought they'd fixed it

It's working great for me at least, playing on the PS3. Last 2 days didn't have a single problem with the servers.

I couldn't play yesterday evening (GMT +1), I tried from about 20.00 till 23.00 with no luck at all - all my friends could play no problem and a friend of mine could even log my account in, when I couldn't.

I managed to play a bit before lunchtime today, but now I get "rockstar services are not available" msg.. and of course my friends can play just fine.

I'm losing interest in the game and I hate it, because I had been looking forward to this game for so long.. what a shame.

For the first few days I thought it was totally forgiveable, they did say it would suck for the first few days, but now over a week since release, they should have it fixed, they really should.

Didn't worked for me yesterday, the 2 days before that it worked like a charm. Now, after todays update it doesn't work anymore for me... This is getting really frustating

3 of my friends who couldn't pick it up at release should be getting it this week, I really want them to love it, but they're the kind of people that, if they can't get it working pretty much straight away, they'll get rid of it and never touch it again.

 

The most disappointing thing about all this is that it's gonna make people who love the game, hate the game.

The server was fine for me, although every second of in-game time felt like walking on thin ice. I may lose my progress at any moment.

Servers have been working pretty good for me since they latest patch on Friday. Sometimes it's a little slow during peak hours, but it hasn't crashed since Saturday for me.

I'm a self-confessed Rockstar fanboy, I could forgive them alot, but nearly a week after the online debuted and it's still not running 100%, that is kinda sh*tty. I haven't had many problems, couple of disconnects, that's all, I just don't want folk to give up on the game because the initial launch has been so f*cked up.
