GTA Online Bounty Questions

I tried searching the forums about bounty stuff, but I still want to double check a few things.

 

First off, if i get a bounty put on me from a NPC or another online user, it seems from the forums here that the bounty lasts for 24 hours. Is that 24 in-game hours? Or 24 real-life hours?

 

I'm assuming it is 24 in game hours, and if that's the case I believe that is 48 real-life minutes, correct?

 

Now the main question I have is if I turn off my system, and come back a week (a real-time week) later to play, will I still have a bounty on me because I haven't been playing and game-time "pauses" for you until you get back online? Or does the game-time continue on even when you are not logged in and playing?

24 in game, 48 minutes real time. If you switch servers or log off the bounty timer starts over. You have st survive 48 minutes in a single server. Also being in a game mode doesn't count. You can however sit in your apartment for 48 mins watching people on wiesel news to clear it.
