Homes not apartments

Is there any plan from rockstar to allow people to buy a home with garden and parking lot or a home by the beach or a villa orsomething like that? Would be awesome to have ur own villa and invite friends to party in the pool ...

 

But most of all I would like to get a home by the sea and a nice view lol...

his argument is valid regarding that homes like franklins one are open, so there is no seperate living space. Imagine this with the problem of multiple owner!

If the House would be closed, so there will be a loading time while entering what would be the point in having one?

yeah but when u approach them nothing happen....unfortunately, i wasted 400k to buy that apartment, i rather a house but then again you could only go into one room the other rooms in the house are locked...lol

No they wont. You would still have the issue of having e.g. 16 people running towards your house and entering their own instance of it (you'd only own the interior and share the exterior -> garden, pool etc. with 16 others). You'll never see buyable houses, only properties that aren't linked to 1 exterior (like apartments etc).

Just load at the front gate like we do for apartments at the front door.

You're absolutely right, but don't expect R* to expedite the process because you already have $6 million from playing the same mission 500 times

I'd like to buy the houses by Vespucci beach, like the ones near Dr. Friedlander's. I even bought the apartment for 205K that was near the beach too. Also multiple houses on the condition of 1 per settlement, like 1 in Paleto and 1 in sandy shores. What's the point of having so many money when you can't spend it wisely.

I don't think this should be that difficult to implement. Just make the homes be instanced (just like I'm assuming the interior of apartments are currently) so that while you're in the house/on the property you're not able to be interacted with by the outside world.

 

And if people are worried about all 16 people in a server gathering outside of the front door of a particular mansion/house/villa at one time, maybe have a sign at the beginning of the street (like a neighborhood sign or something) and have the loading point for the house be there. Although why people are worried about that, but not about all 16 people gathering outside the front door of the 400k apartment, seems odd to me.

there is no problem ....

 

1 there are tons of houses in the city

 

2 there are homes without garden that woudl work perfectly like for examples the one of the Psicologist of Michael ... those woudl work great as beach homes .

 

3 The villas and small homes with garden can work fine couse the istance of them coudl begin outside of the gate , when you enter the gate the home and garden is istanced and so u can party with friends inside it without worring of the others outside .

 

if u decide to land with a copter in the garden same story , istanced into the home of yours if u own otherwise the normal garden of common city .
