How will the xbox one handle cloud gaming and who will be buying micro

I wonder how xbox one is going to tackle issues with cloud gaming after this fiasco. Would it be that if cloud server not working then game becomes buggy and doesn't save? I was going to pre-order my xbox one but with all this cloud fiasco I think I will wait and I think that's the best option to do. Rockstar has pissed me off that much that I can't be bothered playing gta anymore the excitement is gone and fear of the unknown is here. All that gaming for nothing level 25 char loot and apartment 10 cars no it's gonna take me ages to get that again and tbh I can't be bother. Rockstar knows alot of ppl will buy cash card Oppfor new console because of all the sh*t

with last console they are looking ahead as they always do , 1month to go and rockstar will be coining it in thy dnt give a sh*t bout ps3 or 360 they are looking ahead . Another billion in the bank soon an prob another few hundred million for online activity well in rockstar...
