Every GTA I've played (since III) has had tons of sexual references in it, whether it be straight, gay, transgender, etc. This is not something new for R*, they're known for it. And if it generates controversy, that's publicity (and therefore potential sales); anyone in business will tell you that. As for homosexuals being a "microscopic" percentage of the world population, a quick Google search can refute that claim: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_sexual_orientation http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGBT_demographics_of_the_United_States Yes, it's wikipedia, but the information is sourced. And one could easily argue the numbers are even higher if you include the whole LGBT community instead of just "homosexual" individuals. Add to that the still existing social stigma against homosexuality, so there will be an uncounted population of those who are unwilling to admit on a survey or 'come out' about their orientation. Is this really 'catering' to the homosexual population? Considering the reactions of characters in the game on that subject, I'd say it's close to an accurate representation of how today's society feels: a large mix of feelings and beliefs. In the current game market, realism is something that's desired all the time, so a game world that feels realistic is ideal. Obviously there has to be some individual or group at various levels that approves/disapproves specific content from appearing in media, but when you use the word agenda in the context you did, it starts to make you sound like a conspiracy theorist. Again, not accusing you of it, but that's what it made me think of. On-topic: Considering the names like BeeJay XL, BF Injection, Pounder, and Schafter that I can recall off the top of my head, there's a sexual name for practically every vehicle type, and was probably done that way on purpose. You were right, sorry. But, "batty boy" is still a Jamaican thing. Yes and there are loads of 1st and 2nd (and 3rd) generation Jamaicans in the UK. I grew up in West London and 40% of the kids in my class were of Jamaican descent. Batty Boi was a comon form of derision / slang.
