Bad Sports System not harsh enough

here my 2 cents about the bad sports system discussion,

The best way to solve this for R+ is to introduce a tag that indicates that you are up for battles and whatever you do to this person is punishment free. That would make it awesome for anyone. Killing people who don't want to be involved and would never shoot first is just ruining this game because they either start shooting first and make this a mayhem or they leave which is not good either.

I don't expect to be completely understood here but the reason for this system is that the mainstream of people will not continue to play the game if they get wasted and lose their money on medical bills. The most people in GTAO are doing it for fun and are non competetive, they want to play it in a streamlined way and if someone is getting a special vehicle and spends 15 minutes on getting it and driving it to the mod shop and a camper is wasting him right in front of the shop he will not do it again. If it happens too often they stop playing at all and soon enough there are not enough players to keep it interesting.

My best example is that I was standing next to my car in passive mode while browsing my phone for an apartment and 2 13yo kids (they told me their age) were waiting for me to get into the car so they can shoot me. I told them that I want to buy an apartment and there are thousands of players who want to battle them. After their response which was worth 3 swear jars (they were 13) i went into my car and they opened fire but couldn't get me. They thought it was fun, I didn't think it was fun because I want the freedom to do what I want to do.

Here is the deal guys...
clearly those 2 little pimple gangsters were too young and immature and yet there are thousands of children getting lap dances and prostitutes and going on killing sprees I know It's just a game and yet it worries me on so many levels.
The point is that if someone clearly shows he doesn't want to battle he should be left alone period.

People know they get punished and yet they are doing it and complain about it afterwards. 2 days doesn't sound like much if it was one week they would probably think twice about it and if they don't they simply don't deserve better.
