Lester called me last night said buy upmarket type property (words to that effect) we own 2 low priced properties now, but nothing much from Lester. Does having a better apartment increase the job market with him,plz

yes, based on what ive read here and there.. you need the high end apts which have a black board, to get heist missions from Lester.

 

unless you happen to get invited to a heist from a higher rank player.
