Is my character bugged?

I'm not seeing any special crates or gang attacks. Is my current character bugged? I haven't seen any of these since pre-patch online with a temp character. I know at least some people are getting the gang attacks, do these open up at a certain level or something?

Yes same here, no gang attacks, no crates, no heli-back-ups (Merryweather contact on my phone is missing). I am level 25. What should I do??? :/

I lost my guy at lvl 19, forced to start over, now at level 4, no one is calling me for jobs, i can not call friends for jobs, what am i to do? Last mission was walking into the blue marker for last team standing..

Ok, I hit level 18 and now I'm seeing the gang attacks so I guess that's that's the level they unlock on. Anyone seeing special crates and at what level?

Finally got a crate drop today, so they are currently working. Just really rare I guess.
