Remove the Bad Sport system or fix it.

This is the worst mechanic in the game and it doesn't help anyone, it hurts good players and lets jerks get away with it. In fact, what it proclaims to do, it does the complete opposite of.

It's fine to call someone a bad sport for actively cheating, exploiting, teamkilling and in very certain cases just quitting a job or something, but I should not be labeled a Bad Sport for blowing up someone's personal car when there was no way of knowing that they even owned it in the first place. Before you say to check by trying to get in, most people don't realize they can set their car's availability so that's out the window. Also you would just get yourself killed for trying to take their car.

The game in free-roam actively encourages players to do whatever they want. This is a game that predicates crime and for doing things to others as they very often do unto you. Since low levels I used to be sticky bomb trapped by higher level players. So I get sticky bombs and I joyride with them sometimes.

Then I happen to blow up someone's personal car, so I'm a bad sport when I've never quit a mission and am actually a good teammate. I don't need to say that sometimes people try to kill me when in their cars so what am I gonna do? I'm gonna blow it up, not try to aim at someone bulleting at me in a Vapid about to rend my being six ways from Sunday.

But I'm a bad sport for doing that. Obviously. You lose very little for even dying, respawn close to where you died (so you can get killed repeatedly no problem), and insurance isn't that big of a deal to pay off. I also would mention that people can easily kill you or harrass you with Passive mode on too, so that's useless.
