Health wont go past 20/100?

I keep getting a popup that looks like a stat, like stamina etc. it says health 20/100. but it keeps popping up 20/100. and wont go any higher. A: i didnt know their was a health stat and u cant find it in the stats screen. and B: why wont it go past 20. why does it keep popping up as 20/100? has anyone else noticed this or have this problem?

I think its tied into the strength skill, i remember reading a quick tip that said the higher your strength the more health you get.

Yeah, I've had this several times, "Max Health 20/100". Never seems to advance beyond 20. I was surprised to see it to be honest, I was unaware your maximum health was ever intended to change.

this sounds incredibly important. Why doesnt rockstar give this info in the loading screens is beyond me >.>

I have the same happening with shooting, I guess it may be a level related cap.

Did you read what people said they said they are 55 level and didn't see any increase... so does it increase on every 100 level?

How to improve your strength incredibly fast:

 

1. Get a car. Preferably something with a lot of endurance or armor.

 

2. Get a friend to sit in the vehicle.

 

3. Stand on top of the car and start kicking it.

 

4. Strength stat will increase really fast.

At level 20 I got 20/100 then a few levels later i got 20/100 again. Now at 39 I got 40/100...

I don't think people should be able to level up their health. This isn't an RPG. A level 1 player and a level 120 player should take equal amounts of bullets to die. Disregarding kevlar vests, naturally.
