Do i have to level up to use it, did they remove the feature, or have i not searched good enough to find it or something? I'm not whining about it or anything, just curious as to its whereabouts. HitPoint Posted October 9, 2013 Share Posted October 9, 2013 Rockstar announced in there blog a week before launch that Content Creator, and Heists are still in the works and will be released shortly after they work out the major bugs.
