Why cant i give cash anymore?

I have alot of money i have like 400 k and theb like 10 k in my pocket anf wanna give it to my dude but give cash is grayed out??

Same here. I managed to give a fair amount to someone by placing a bounty on one guy and having the guy I wanted to give money to kill him and take the bounty. You would have to do this a lot to give a substantial amount, and you lose a lot in the process.

 

No idea why 'give cash' doesn't work or is limited.
