Was expecting more. I don't farm myself but it should be the least of Rockstar's concerns right now.

 

Why, people are reaching max level in a matter of hours.

Then work on the Farmers and Reset them...Simple. you're dumb they will likely do a money wipe on all characters leveling wasn't the problem get that through your head the income players made from repeating missions was threatening their micro transactions

Think long-term would you really want to still be playing this game even though you're rank 200 something with 500 million in your bank? No.

 

I already don't think I'm going to be playing this in a month or two for the simple fact that I got so much money and ranked high.

At this point they would eventually need to reset farmers. Yeah I wanted to farm myself but the timeout errors stopped me lol. If they would have left in the replay option then go ahead and farm. With this though everyone who have farmed up their lvl close or above 100 is now at least 1 or 2 months ahead of the non farmers. I have seen some advantages of this type of farming in other games BUT this one is too big to let go now sadly....

 

They would need to have the heists coming up in the DLC to award a lot of money and huge amount of RP points to conteract somehow to the people who were able to take advantage to these farming methods. Myself would be included if i was able to.

They're worried about characters/property as well. It's probably not hard for them to reverse coding features they put in the game, the Director probably delegated and made a handful of people execute the new patch.

I myself Have lost 2 chars, one was Rank 6 the other ranked 20, I've Lost two modded cars, NEVER Have I Farmed...Yet I'm Rank 19 now, Bald(Loss my hair!), Homeless, no car and Poor and I'm a Good player, never Farmed. So R* should be focusing on improving relationship not damaging it. While they Nerf the missions(I Understand this eventually needed to be balanced) Us good players are screwed.

That's why you have to pace yourself. I only replayed VD for a couple of times because i knew that if i you spend like one day on it i will have a huge rank and a lot of money. Than i would have little to no incentive to play anymore...

I like how you people continue to think they care about the level of people they're focusing on fixing an overlooked problem with missions being reset to gain a huge amount of income in a short period of time reseting people's level will serverely cripple the chance of having those cash cards bought since everyone is about to go money hungry the most they can do is wipe out all the money from all characters

I'm sure there's more to it than nerfing - the patch notes for the last update took a while to surface as well.

It's an easy fix though, not like a lot of time was dedicated to it. It's much easier to fix something that you know exactly how/why is broken than something that you have no clue. They also have more than 1 person working, they have teams dedicated to different things. Don't worry, it's not like they aren't fixing the other issues while they nerf things too

I just tried to see if I still got RP from getting away from police. Guess what? you no longer get any RP from escaping anymore. Now the missions hardly give you any money. They had the restart for missions there as a feature in the game if anyone was taking advantage of it it's Rockstars own fault not the players. So now what did they accomplish? People will find another way to grind in a week. They should have knew people would grind missions when they had a restart button there. I played a few missions over, but I wasn't trying to grind, there was a few missions that were fun to play again.

 

Edit: ok you still get RP for chases they just have to last a while
