Limits on Betting

Is the highest amount you can bet on a race $2500? Also, how do you give money to other players? I know it says give cash but the highest that has ever been was $5000 and it seems to be an allowance of sorts.

 

With these limits in mind I am worried that the Stock Market will also only allow you to buy certain amounts of stock, so players can't make alot of money. Why can't you give all of your money to someone? I know you could using the bounty system and a man in the middle but it seems silly that you can't do what you want.

 

Another example would be the fact you can't sell cars to others or sell high value cars to Los Santos Customs.

 

Gta 5 is all about capitalism but the way the money system works makes it more communist than anything, why all the limits? Probably those microtransactions tbh. They don't want players to create their own economy with car/money/weapon trades.
