The windshield must not have any tint below the ANSI line, that is printed on most windshields.

 

The rear windows generally do not have a limit, however, 5% light is the darkest tint I have ever seen, aka "Limo Tint".

This game's tint is not based on realism whatsoever. Not only do tinted windows shatter instead of crack, but they don't have sunstrips and they don't accurately reflect real tinting.

Windscreen ? Really, it's made of glass not screen for Christ sakes... glass shield you from the bugs. Screen would simply strain the chunks of the bug and only allow you to get hit with the bug gut juice.

Or not everyone lives in whatever racing tuner world you live in, because in the outside-of-a-rock world I live in having tinted windshields is something I've seen on a small number of cars and is a great way to get pulled over. I'd be willing to bet cash that 90% is exaggerating quite a bit. Or is the sun twice as bright and never go down there?

1. Windshield. It blocks all wind for aerodynamic and safety reasons.

 

2. Windscreen. Implies that a dumbass removed their windshield and opted for a mesh residential screen.

 

3. Who cares if it is illegal. No camera view is from inside the car looking out so it wouldn't affect the actual driving in-game.

 

4. IRL: Depending on the vehicle, there will be a mark on the windshield to show how low one can legally tint.

 

5. You're all a bunch of trolls anyway so this whole topic is going to be locked and some crack addict moderator is going to tell you to put this in the "Stories" topic.
