I want to use the weapons i want

We have all been in the car chases where we are trying to switch to the weapon we've got customized for car chases and been looking at the picture distracted to see when we've got the right weapon selected to use and end up crashing cause we're to busy making sure we've got the right weapon out. For example people wanna use their sub machine guns to shoot not throw down a grenade or a sticky bomb and have it be wasted cause they couldn't focus on dodging all the traffic and check to make sure the right weapon is selected. The main point is that player's should be able to permanently get rid of weapons they don't want to use as well as set weapons they want to use while driving so they don't have to cycle through every weapon available to them. Say you own all of the handguns in the game but there is only one you want to use while your driving you should be able to set it so that as you cycle through your weapons while driving or riding shotgun in a vehicle you can spend more time shooting and less time cycle through your weapons cause the weapon you need got passed up cause you got people shooting at you and your frantically trying to get the weapon you need to shoot back with but you've done passed it up tapping your switch weapon button to fast.

This option may not be a necessity for single player but as a online component it's a definite need Being able to discard weapons you don't want to carry around cause you bought them as a low level cause it was the only thing available and you needed the firepower but now you've got better weapons and don't need them.

A example of how this can be a problem is the player who just waits to by the guns he wants can just instantly switch the the gun he needs while driving while the player opposing him has to spend precious seconds to switch the gun he needs while driving so the player who waited to buy the guns he need has a advantage opposed to the player who bought lower level weapons due to his need of firepower.
