This is Rockstar's response: Question: Whenever I go to the Friends or Gallery menus in Grand Theft Auto V Story Mode (Single Player), an error appears saying "Online service is disabled on your account." oGeesKeeMasK Posted October 9, 2013 Share Posted October 9, 2013 (edited) This is currently happening to me (I thought that I was banned too), although I do have an Xbox Live silver account everything was going good with GTA V online, except in the beginning where I was getting "kicked" by other players from the tutorials screen I am getting network errors trying to play missions and now I just get the "your profile doesn't support online service" message and can't play at all. I am getting signed in to my account for GTA V online when I am already signed in and I can't find anything else that needs to be adjusted for online play to proceed.
