Pedestrial Posted October 9, 2013 Share Posted October 9, 2013 (edited) Yes they do, make a difference that is, the stats are semi meaningless, braking in the Infernus when max modded stops in a second, but the stat only shows a 3rd of a bar. What they should've done is have the top speed of the fastest max modded car then work back from there, same with braking and accel, but in saying that, this game has lots of "what they should've done" moments for me. This, I see no difference from no stats in driving to it being completely full, it's exactly the same -_- I tested it with a new character in slot 2 grabbed a high end car same speed, acceleration, handling.
