Is there a reason why we can't buy Cargobobs?

Is there any design reason behind this?

I can see maybe griefing other people's cars but this is flipping annoying, I don't care how much it'd cost, the Cargobob is my favorite vehicle, and I'd save for years If I had to!

 

I wouldn't mind if I could find it, but reaching level 45, they won't spawn anywhere, period.

 

There is literally no possible way to get this heli without a friends help, and that's just dumb.

Completely agree, it's an amazing addition to GTA and I was looking forward to bombing people with monster trucks online... hopefully they'll update online with hangers soon.

 

( that is unless they already have them, haven't had the chance or cash to buy any air vehicles)

If you need two people to steal the army vehicles, well then, Celestia take the wheel.

 

You can't steal it for free.... Once you hit level 30, they're replaced by froggers.

 

If you're in Fort Zancudo, then they're replaced by the fighter jets.

I'm having the same problem... I was under the impression that a mixture of both spawned once reaching level 30. Apparently not.
