Ability to add people to a temp 'group'

There should be an option to add random people to your group. For example, me and my friend are driving around, he is highlighted by a blue aura. His friend gets online and joins our party. There should be an option to make temporary server specific groups that you can add people, their icon on the map changes to reflect they are a groupmate, and you can disable friendly fire against anyone in your group.
