Only problem I see are controls, which are not really good set in Vice city already, and SA with more features will be a problem. Some of the missions I can't imagine on iOS/Android with touchscreen they are pain in the ass, tbh only way I can play III/VC on my phone is because I have gaming controls there . So with touchscreen it will be a bit annoying imo. I would rather see VCS/LCS being ported on iOS/Android devices since they are easier to control plus lot's of people don't have psp or ps2.
