GTA online RP glitch. Need help

Well im a level 45 and I need a level 55+ to help do the glitch for lester. If you havent heard about it u can get a mission from lester called the parking garage and you get 5000rp in like 45 seconds - 3 minutes. So if anyone want to do it with me just add me on 360 my GT is THI3VINGM3XICAN i will join you crew if you like, it will also give 10% extra rp
