That happened to me too. But, R* is more concerned with removing replay and nerfing rewards before fixing glitches.

I had the hipster hair cut because I thought it made my character look kind of badass in a way, until the texture f*cked up and he looked like he had the most retarded haircut ever... done by a 5 year old with a spoon.

Don't get me started on the duplicating cars glitch that has ruined my ten car garage and I have no way of fixing it.

Yep seems as though holding the player down is more a concern to Rockystar than all these bugs and glitches.

I Agree, R* needs to start focusing on fixing Bugs/Glitches and other Technical Issues, not Nerfing their Missions and Farming us for Real Life money.

 

EDIT: So far I think R* is going the way of EA, knowing they have a Solid Game series like GTA, they decide to Milk it and screw the fans. EA did this with Sims.
