I also heard an interesting thing that might unlock mods. PM and I will add you. I will be online in about an hour starting at 9:45EST for those that cannot count... I will be on around 10:45 EST

Surely it's not that, because it's not interesting and it's clearly stated when you go to a mod shop.

Someone wasn't playing last night, and it was just me and them. No one joined. I just kept starting race after race, racing no one and getting paid. They must have fell asleep. lol.
