i think any car can spawn on the street, found an enity xf

Yeah do the cars that don't spawn in single player spawn online, I just did a mission and retuned to free roam, first car to drive by was a black enity xf, does this mean cheetah, vacca and classics do too??? I'll post pictures for proof soon.

Ya it doesn't really matter since you can't sell them or steal them for yourself.

I'm guessing what happened was.. That was a players car, and that player was in it driving until he/she left or got disconnected and the players character turned into a NPC, and started driving around in that car.

its really uncommon but from time to time i have seen rare cars spawn around in online for example i've found a Coquette, Enus Super Diamond, Coil Voltic, and a few others.

Not saying those aren't nice cars but those are more common and much much cheaper than Cheetahs, Entitys etc. I seen them all the time driving around. Also the nicer/more expensive car you're in the nicer cars you see. I own/drive a coquette and see others everywhere along with coils, carbonzirre or whatever those are called and other similar cars.

 

To the OP If they can spawn that'd be extremely rare situation but one of the comments say it may have a player that has left and turned into an NPC which definitely happens. Could it have been that?

Seeing that it was matte black, I guess I could have been a players car who had left the game, I completely flipped when I saw it though ditched my elegy straight away so I could drive the sh*t out of it, managed to hang onto it for about 4 missions then after returning to free roam after mission 4 some asshole blew it (and me) up.

I've seen Lambos, but that's the rarest I've seen. Too hot to keep though, obviously.

I would have been excited also lol.

So it probably was a players car but that's still cool either way.

 

I was in a game with a friend as a passenger in a helicopter and he disconnected. His character turned into an npc and just kept flying. It was awkward.

I see a lot of hot cars online, they spawn all the time. If you drive across the city enough in free roam they do pop up from time to time. I've stolen the audi convertible supercar, the lambo infernal, and a corquette. Cops catch you within 5 minutes though if you continue to drive around in them.

Those cars spawn frequently though.

Entity, Cheetah, Adder, the super cars (minus the voltic) that actually say "Super" when you get in them, (%99 sure this was datamined from the files of the game) do not spawn ever unless it is scripted.
