Good cars to sell

A quick question. I've seen on here and other places online that you can steal cars like the 'Baller' and sell them to customs. I've done this with other cars but not with the 'Baller' and other cars around that caliber. I've searched random places and Vinewood Hills but have seen just 3-5k cars. Are there particular place(s) people go to find the high-end cars?

I've noticed that certain areas will spawn certain cars more frequently. Lowriders in southern Los Santos. High end sports and exotics (and convertibles) in and around Rockford Hills. Pickups and the likes in blain County.

There is a topic for questions...

 

GTA Online has an issue that always the same cars spawn. I'm not sure, but I think in Vinewood you have the best chances.
