Cargobob + C-130 (Military Plane)

Hi Guys

 

Does anybody know where I can find the Cargobob and the C-130?

Everytime I go in the military base, I just can find jets.

Me thinks you have to be a certain level for it to spawn, cargobobs sometimes spawn on hospital helipads

The cargobob shows up for me more than mavericks now on top the hospital im level 22 btw

The C-130's tend to be bi-polar when spawning, just dash around the base several times and you should see it.

Now I'm level 21 i will look at the hospital for the cargobob.

 

Lethita which level are you? I was at the base sooo many times but never saw a plane =(
