The ability to flop removed?

That's one of the funniest things in single player. I just wonder why they removed it for multiplayer. If any of you never played single player it's when you hit the jump button and then quickly hit B on Xbox or O on the PS3 and your character will go limp and ragdoll. You can use it to dive tackle people or to do funny jumps off of things or to dive onto the hood of an oncoming car. It's just really fun to do. You can even use it to dive behind things when you are running and being shot at. I miss it when I'm online. Anyone know why they took it out?
