Will Devin's mansion be available in an update/DLC?

I just thought it would be cool if Rockstar made Devin's mansion possible to purchase in a future update or even a DLC. I always thought you should be able to buy it after the final mission in the story, but it would be even cooler to buy it with your created character eventually.

 

It would probably cost a million+ dollars if they did make it available.

Actually he's rich as f*ck so maybe he didn't buy it until SP who knows, he probably has dozens

I cant see why Rockstar can't advance ONLINES story to coenside with single players and go past it with future updates, for people who've completed the required missions. I.E meeting
