Steal and escort tanker mission

As soon as a cop is on me, that's it, the mission is over. Slow tanker can't outrun/outmaneuver and there's just way too many cops to deal with. Has anyone ever completed this?

Yep, did last night. It you jack knife the truck, the tanker will detach, making it easier for you to lose the cops. Once you've lost them, go back and pick up the tanker.

I distracted the cops off my teammate while he drove away in it. That seemed to work.

Sounds to me (haven't done it yet) you need two or three folks in tough cars to run interference and just keep you safe till you arrive. Go into a train tunnel and have someone on either end keeping the heat out till your stars are gone, then leading them away so you can exit.

Lose the tanker and run with the semi. Go back for it. Profit

seemed to work for us if one in the group get a higher wanted lvl then the guy in the tanker has..the cops will chase the one with the higest wanted level

Really simple buddy. When the cops come, hop in a car, not the big ass big rig, to lose them. It'll take you 30 seconds max. Then go back for the tanker and deliver it. Done.
